We’ll also advocate on your behalf before arrival, helping ensure special requests, celebrations, and preferences are communicated directly with the property.

What is the benefit of working with a travel advisor?

We save you time, elevate your experience, and act as your advocate before and during travel. Through firsthand destination knowledge, trusted local partners, and preferred relationships with hotels around the world, we help ensure every trip runs more smoothly than if you planned it alone.

Why don’t I just book directly with the hotel?

Booking direct gets you a reservation. Working with us gets you an advocate. We help you choose the right property, unlock preferred-partner benefits, communicate special requests, and provide support before and during your travels.

Do you get better rates than I would booking myself?

Sometimes. More importantly, we often add value that isn’t available through public booking sites — including complimentary breakfast, room upgrades, resort credits, VIP recognition, and direct relationships with the hotels themselves.

Why do you provide bundled package rates?

We focus on the overall experience rather than individual line items. By coordinating accommodations, transportation, touring, and other services together, we’re able to create a more seamless journey and ensure every piece works together as intended.

Do you have a trip minimum or recommended budgets?

We specialize in high-end hotels and custom itineraries. Most properties we partner with start around $600 per night before taxes, and full-service itineraries typically start at $15,000 per week for two travelers (excluding international flights). Recommended starting budgets for fully customized trips for two:

  • Europe — from $15,000 / week, excluding international flights
  • Africa & safari — from $20,000 for a 10-night luxury safari, excluding international flights
  • Overwater bungalows — from $15,000 for 8 nights, excluding international flights
What if I’ve already booked my hotel but still want our perks?

If your reservation is at one of our preferred-partner hotels, forward us the confirmation and we’ll check with our partners to see if we can attach our perks — daily breakfast, resort credit, room upgrades, and early check-in / late check-out, when available. Simple as that.

Can I book with points?

We aren’t able to complete hotel or flight bookings with points. Where applicable, we will include your loyalty numbers so you continue to accrue — just let us know at the start of the planning conversation.
