The booking portal

Our booking portal sits behind a code so the perks stay with our travelers. Here’s ours — it’s yours to keep for whenever you’re planning a stay.

Access code WANDER
Open the booking portal

Free to use — there is no planning fee on a hotel booking, and you can change or cancel it yourself from the portal, under the hotel’s own policy.

What comes with it

The perks travel
with you.

Because these bookings run through our Virtuoso and preferred-partner relationships, the perks come attached automatically. You don’t have to ask for them, and they cost you nothing.

Exact perks vary by property and are set by the hotel, not by us. You’ll see what applies to your stay before you confirm.

Before you book

The questions
we get asked most.

Is it really free to book through you?

Yes. No planning fee, no booking fee, nothing to join. The hotel pays us a commission on the booking — the same way it pays any channel that sends it a guest — and your rate is the same either way. That is the whole model, and it is why the perks cost you nothing.

Do I pay more than booking direct with the hotel?

No. The portal shows the same flexible rate the hotel publishes itself. If you ever spot a different rate with the same cancellation policy, send it to us and we’ll take a look.

How is this different from Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts?

Fine Hotels + Resorts needs an eligible American Express card and only covers its own list. Ours needs no card, costs nothing, and reaches hotels FHR doesn’t.

Who am I actually booking with?

The hotel. Your reservation sits directly with the property, with you as our client — which is exactly what lets us pass our preferred‑partner perks through to your stay.

Who charges my card?

The hotel does, on its own terms — we never take payment. You can change or cancel the reservation yourself from the portal, under the same policy you would get booking directly on the hotel’s website — except on your own, you wouldn’t get our preferred-partner perks, free.

Do I still earn points and elite night credits?

Yes, wherever the hotel runs a loyalty program. It is an ordinary reservation in your name, so points, elite nights and your status benefits apply as normal, and they stack with our preferred‑partner perks — though where the two overlap, breakfast for instance, the hotel honors it once rather than twice.

What happens after I book?

Your confirmation arrives by email straight away. Within one business day we reach out to the hotel with the official confirmation, note anything you are celebrating, and confirm your amenities and VIP status on the reservation before you travel.
