Rosewood almost never discounts. Once a year it does, for one week, and only through a small group of travel advisors. That week is Rosewood Beyond, and in 2026 it runs from November 3 to November 10.

I just got back from Las Ventanas al Paraíso in Los Cabos, and I have been pricing Rosewoods for clients all week. Here is everything you need to know: what the offer is, who can actually book it, the real prices I pulled, and the hotels I would book first.

What is Rosewood Beyond?

Rosewood Beyond is Rosewood Hotels & Resorts' annual sale for its advisor partners. It takes 30% off a hotel's best available flexible rate, the price you would normally see with standard cancellation terms. It does not stack on top of advance-purchase rates, third-night-free offers or other promotions, which is exactly why the savings are real: the discount comes off the full, flexible price.

Most Rosewood properties take part, from the Riviera Maya to Paris to Hong Kong. A handful sit it out, and I have listed them below.

Can you book Rosewood Beyond directly with Rosewood?

No, and this is the question I get most. Rosewood Beyond is only available through advisors in Rosewood Elite, Rosewood's preferred-advisor program. Search Rosewood's own site this week and you will see the regular rates.

Booking through an advisor does not mean booking through a middleman. Your reservation is made directly with the hotel, you pay the hotel, and the hotel knows you came through its Elite program, which is what unlocks the amenities.

How to book the Rosewood Beyond rate

There are two ways to book it with me, and both get you the same rate.

Book it yourself in a couple of minutes

  1. Go to wanderbywilson.com/book and open the booking portal.
  2. Search the Rosewood you want, plus your dates and number of guests.
  3. Choose your room and view the rates.
  4. Select the rate called Elite Exclusive Rosewood Beyond. That is the 30% off rate with the Elite amenities attached.

If that rate does not appear for your dates, the hotel has blacked them out or the room category is excluded. Try moving a night or two, or send me your dates and I will look.

What 30% off looks like in real numbers

On November 3, 2026, I priced three beach Rosewoods I love, comparing the Elite Exclusive Rosewood Beyond rate with the regular Elite Exclusive rate for the same room and dates. Totals are for two guests and will move as rooms sell.

  • Las Ventanas al Paraíso, Los Cabos: Oceanview Rooftop Terrace Junior Suite, February 24–28, 2027. $11,058.70 on Rosewood Beyond vs $15,786.40, about $4,700 less.
  • Rosewood Mandarina, Riviera Nayarit: Oceanfront Mountain Studio Suite, February 12–16, 2027 (Presidents' Day weekend). $6,473.60 vs $9,248.00, about $2,774 less.
  • Rosewood Little Dix Bay, Virgin Gorda: Ocean View Cottage, four nights over MLK weekend 2027. About $6,894 vs $9,846, close to $3,000 less.

Two of those are holiday weekends. Not every hotel blacks out peak dates, so it is worth checking the weeks you assume will be excluded.

The perks: Rosewood Beyond plus Rosewood Elite

Rosewood Beyond combines with Rosewood Elite amenities, and where a hotel offers a larger Elite credit, the larger credit applies. The package varies by property. On the Elite Exclusive Rosewood Beyond rate it typically includes:

  • Daily breakfast for up to two guests per bedroom
  • A hotel or resort credit ($125 at Las Ventanas and at Mandarina, for example)
  • An upgrade on arrival, subject to availability
  • Early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability
  • A welcome amenity, and at some hotels a property-specific extra: a La Botica cocktail experience at Las Ventanas, an airport transfer at Mandarina

Rosewood also gives Elite bookings priority for upgrades, which matters most in the busy months when the better rooms go first.

Which Rosewood hotels are excluded?

Rosewood Courchevel Le Jardin Alpin, Rosewood Calistoga, The Chancery Rosewood in London, and Rosewood's three New Zealand lodges (Cape Kidnappers, Kauri Cliffs and Matakauri) are not part of the 2026 sale. Across every hotel, houses, penthouses, villas and apartments are excluded.

Where I would use Rosewood Beyond

The sale covers winter and spring, which is the best season for most of the beach Rosewoods. These are the ones I would book first, and who each one suits.

This is the one I just came back from, and it is at the top of my list. We stayed in a Rooftop Terrace Suite with its own jacuzzi, and dinner under the lantern trees was my favorite night of the trip. Order the homemade tortillas at breakfast, find the little grotto pool, and watch for the staff walking the beach with popsicles in the afternoon.

Mandarina sits where the jungle meets the Pacific, about 50 minutes from Puerto Vallarta, and every suite has its own plunge pool. Go for sunset cocktails at Barra Peñasco, ride horses down to the beach, try the jungle ziplines, and save a night for sushi at Toppu.

Fewer than 100 rooms on 500 acres, with a bay protected by a reef, so the water stays calm and clear for snorkeling. Do not leave without a beach drop: the resort takes you by boat to a secluded beach of your own with a picnic.

Rosewood Beyond vs Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts

Many Rosewoods are also bookable through Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts, so it is fair to ask which is better this week. FHR adds its own amenities, but it books at the regular rate and needs an eligible card. The Rosewood Beyond rate is 30% lower than the regular flexible rate and needs no card at all. The two do not stack, but you can still pay with any card you like and earn its points as usual. For most stays booked between November 3 and 10, Rosewood Beyond wins on price alone.

Is Rosewood Beyond worth it?

If a Rosewood is anywhere on your list for the first half of 2027, yes. A few things I tell clients before they book:

  • Book now, plan later. The discount applies to the flexible rate, so you are not locked into an advance-purchase rate. Check your hotel's cancellation window before you book, since it varies by property.
  • Look at the room one category up. At 30% off, the next category often costs about the same as the room you were going to book at full price.
  • Check holiday dates anyway. Some hotels black out peak weeks, but not all of them.
  • Do not wait for the last day. The best rooms at the popular resorts go early in the week.
