Deplar Farm is an Eleven Experiences lodge tucked into Iceland’s remote Troll Peninsula, converted from a 15th-century sheep farm into 13 Scandi-chic suites with floor-to-ceiling views of the Fljót Valley. The all-inclusive stay layers in two guided adventures a day — heli-skiing, surfing the Arctic, fly fishing, sea kayaking, snowmobiling, or horseback riding under the midnight sun.
